About Us
Ocean Park Pizza & Steak House was founded in 1978 with the commitment to serving superior "home cooking" at affordable prices.
A family business from the beginning, the Docolas family brought a focus of hard work and an appreciation for quality to their restaurant. It wasn't long before the community responded and Ocean Park Pizza & Steak House has been an Ocean Park favourite ever since. Many young Ocean Park adults' first job was at Ocean Park Pizza and the Docolas children all grew up working in the family business.
Several years ago the mantle of responsibility for daily operation passed to Costa and Maria's son, George and his wife Linda. They soon realized that the small original building could no longer provide for the growing community demand for a gathering spot in the Village of Ocean Park. After much planning, construction began in April of 2005 and 13 months later, the new Craftsman-style restaurant with the addition of a neighbourhood pub was unveiled. The highly-anticipated Ocean Park Pizza & Village Pub opened its doors on May 26, 2006 to enthusiastic crowds and rave reviews.
Providing delicious food at reasonable prices for over 40 years, the Docolas family has demonstrated their commitment to delivering on their promise. Today the second and third generation continues that commitment with a beautiful building and greater services.

The much anticipated new Ocean Park Pizza Restaurant and Village Pub building became an instant landmark and gathering place for Ocean Park residents.
While continuing to serve the same great food, the menu has expanded to reflect growing tastes of the community. An extensive wine list, 20 beers on tap and experienced bartenders cater to your cocktail wishes.
Whether you are on your own, a couple's night out or entertaining a large group, our friendly, experienced staff will accommodate you to ensure you have a memorable time.
In many ways the new restaurant and Village Pub represent the Docolas family's commitment to Ocean Park and their strong community values. Countless schools, sport teams, youth associations, churches and charities have continued to receive support from the family and staff of Ocean Park Pizza and Village Pub.
